Plain English summary: You upload a photo, we generate a caricature in our artist's style and send it to your email. You get a licence to use it personally. We do not guarantee exact likeness. Refunds are available if we fail to deliver. Don't upload photos of people without their consent.
By placing an order on caricature.online, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of caricature.online. We may update these terms at any time — the version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
Caricature.online provides an AI-powered caricature generation service. You submit a photo and personalisation details; our system processes your photo using AI face-swap technology and delivers a caricature image in our artist's signature style.
The caricature is generated automatically. While we strive for high quality and accurate likeness, the output is created by AI and may not perfectly replicate every facial feature or detail. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness.
The service is provided in four languages: English, Greek, Spanish, and French.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
If you are ordering a caricature featuring a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or have explicit permission from their parent or guardian to submit their image.

A contract is formed between you and caricature.online when your payment is successfully processed and we send you a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the submitted photo does not meet these requirements and cannot be used to generate an acceptable result.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices vary based on the number of people and the plan selected:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store your card details.
Your caricature is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Typical delivery time is 30–90 seconds after payment confirmation.
In rare cases (high load, AI processing issues), delivery may take up to 10 minutes. If you have not received your caricature within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Download links in the delivery email are valid for 72 hours. After this time, the files are permanently deleted from our servers. Please download your caricature promptly. We cannot restore deleted files.
We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout.
Premium plan customers are entitled to one (1) free revision. To request a revision, reply to your delivery email within 48 hours describing what you would like changed. Revision requests are processed within 24 hours.
A revision means regenerating the caricature with updated instructions. It does not mean creating an entirely different template or occasion.

Our commitment: If you are genuinely unhappy with the result and it's not covered above, email us. We will always try to find a fair solution. We would rather lose €14.99 than lose a customer.
To request a refund, email support@caricature.online with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Upon successful payment and delivery, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use your caricature for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:
Commercial use (selling prints, using in advertising, merchandise, etc.) requires the Gift Pack plan, which includes a commercial licence. "Commercial use" means any use that generates revenue or promotes a business or product.
The templates, artistic style, website design, branding, and software are the intellectual property of caricature.online. You may not copy, reproduce, or imitate our templates or artistic style for commercial purposes.
The AI-generated caricature incorporates our artist's style as expressed through the template. The caricature itself, as a derivative work, is licensed to you under the terms above.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your original photo. We do not claim ownership of it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and delete your photo.
You may not use caricature.online to generate:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, caricature.online shall not be liable for:
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim to maintain the service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, AI provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a system outage prevents delivery of your order, we will contact you by email and either complete your order when the service is restored or issue a full refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
