Plain English summary: You upload a photo, choose or describe a caricature style, pay securely, and we generate an AI caricature for delivery by email. You must have permission to use the photo. We do not guarantee exact likeness. We may refuse or cancel orders that are unsafe, illegal, exploitative, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise abusive.
By accessing caricature.online, uploading content, placing an order, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of caricature.online. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
Caricature.online provides an AI-powered caricature generation service. You submit one or more photos and personalisation details; our system processes them using AI image generation and/or face-reference technology and delivers a caricature image in our artist-led visual direction.
The caricature is generated automatically. While we aim for high quality and recognisable likeness, AI-generated art is inherently variable and may not perfectly reproduce every facial feature, pose, accessory, colour, expression or detail.
The service may include template-based caricatures, free-description caricatures, gift packs, premium revisions, review incentives, and promotional free-order links where available.
The service is intended for lawful, light-hearted, family-friendly, gift-oriented, personal and professional use.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement.
If you order a caricature featuring a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or that you have explicit permission from the parent or legal guardian to submit the child’s image for this purpose.
We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we reasonably believe the order involves a minor without proper consent, unsafe content, identity misuse, or any prohibited use listed below.

A contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed, or when a valid free-order token is accepted and your order is confirmed by the system.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the submitted photo cannot be used to generate an acceptable result or violates these terms.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary based on the number of people, selected plan, promotional offers, or the type of caricature requested.
The exact total is displayed on the payment screen before you confirm your order. If a price displayed elsewhere on the site differs from the checkout total because of an error, the checkout total shown before payment is the amount that applies.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other Stripe-supported payment methods. We do not store your card number, CVV or banking details.
Promotional discounts, free caricature links and review tokens may be subject to expiry, one-time-use limits, anti-abuse checks, and eligibility restrictions.
Your caricature is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Typical delivery time is approximately 30–90 seconds after payment confirmation, although this may vary depending on system load, AI provider availability and image complexity.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer. If you have not received your caricature within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Download links in the delivery email are valid for 72 hours. After this period, files may be permanently deleted from our storage. Please download your caricature promptly. We cannot guarantee restoration of expired or deleted files.
We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, mailbox restrictions, or technical issues outside our control.
Premium plan customers may be entitled to one free revision, where this is stated in the order flow. To request a revision, reply to your delivery email within 48 hours and describe what you would like changed.
A revision means regenerating or adjusting the caricature using updated instructions. It does not include creating a completely unrelated new order, changing the subject person after generation, or replacing a selected product with a different commercial package.

Important: If an order is refused because it requests illegal, exploitative, sexualised minor content, hateful content, severe harassment, fraud, impersonation or other serious abuse, we may cancel the order without generating the image and may refuse future access to the service.
Our commitment: If you are genuinely unhappy and your case is not clearly covered above, contact us. We will review it fairly. We would rather fix the experience than win an argument over pixels.
To request a refund or revision, email support@caricature.online with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Upon successful payment and delivery, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the delivered caricature for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless your selected plan expressly includes commercial use rights.

Commercial use, including advertising, merchandise, resale, paid campaigns, company branding, product packaging, editorial publication, or promotional use for a business, requires a plan or written permission that expressly includes commercial rights.
The templates, website design, branding, software, prompts, workflow, style direction, and related creative assets are the intellectual property of caricature.online and/or its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, train on, resell, or imitate our templates, software, prompt structure or artistic system for commercial purposes.
You retain rights in your original uploaded photos. The delivered caricature is licensed to you under these terms.
By uploading a photo or entering a prompt, description, name, note or instruction, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your original photos and written content. You grant us a limited licence to process, store temporarily, transmit to our service providers, moderate, generate, deliver and support your order.

To protect customers, depicted persons, minors, public figures, our service providers and the wider public, we may automatically or manually review uploaded photos, written prompts, notes, template choices and generated outputs for safety and abuse prevention.
Moderation may occur before payment, after upload, before generation, after generation, or during customer support review. We may block, refuse, alter, queue for manual review, cancel or refund an order if we reasonably believe it violates these terms.

We are not required to provide detailed moderation logic, keyword lists, model outputs or internal safety decisions. This prevents abuse and protects the platform. Tiny lawyer goblin clause, but necessary.
You may not use caricature.online to upload, request, generate, distribute, promote or attempt to create content in any of the following categories:
Zero tolerance: Sexualised minors, child exploitation, credible threats, hateful extremism, terrorism support, blackmail, fraud and severe harassment may result in account blocking, order cancellation, non-delivery and reporting where legally required.
Caricature is a satirical art form, and we may allow respectful, clearly fictional, non-deceptive caricatures of public figures, celebrities or politicians where lawful.
However, you may not use the service to create:
Where a request involves a public figure, we may require the result to remain obviously stylised, humorous, fictional and non-realistic.
You may not upload or request content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, design right, publicity right or other intellectual property rights.
We may refuse requests that ask for an exact copy of a living artist’s style, a copyrighted character, a protected brand mascot, a studio-specific look, or a commercial trademarked universe where the output could confuse users or infringe rights.
Safer requests include broad, generic visual directions such as “comic-inspired”, “retro poster style”, “bold editorial cartoon”, “watercolour look”, “fun superhero-inspired costume”, or “vintage travel poster mood”.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the delivered caricature does not violate third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, caricature.online shall not be liable for:
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.
We aim to maintain the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, AI provider outages, payment provider issues, infrastructure incidents, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a system outage prevents delivery of your order, we may complete the order when the service is restored, offer a manual fallback where available, or issue a refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide you with additional rights.
